Heat from the bellows causes this room to be sweltering hot while steam rises from the troughs used to douse red-hot metal. A wide counter blocks the yard and backroom from customers while a large anvil rests beside a well-ordered selection of metalworking tools hanging from the east wall. Firelight from the forge flickers against the walls and makes shadows dance and jump about.
